Return Policy

Our return policy is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction and operates in addition to your rights under applicable consumer laws.

Returns for Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return a non-defective item due to a change of mind, we offer a refund or exchange, provided that the return meets the following criteria:

  • The item is returned within 60 days of delivery.

  • You provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., online tax invoice).

  • The product remains in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, pamphlets, and accessories, and is in a resalable condition.

Returns for Defective or Faulty Items
We accept returns and offer a full refund, exchange, or repair if your product is found to be defective, faulty, or not of acceptable quality. This also applies if the product received is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.

Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days of receipt.

  • For non-defective returns, shipping costs (initial and return) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • For defective or misrepresented items, all associated shipping costs will be covered by NYDER.

How to Return Online Orders

  • Online orders must be returned via mail.

  • Please contact our support team to initiate your return request and receive the designated return delivery address.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. NYDER cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Non-Compliant Returns
Items returned that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy—specifically those that are non-defective but arrive in a used or damaged condition—will not be eligible for a refund.
